SWT 2.136 or higher has to be deployed. The SWT DLL should be available to be loaded.

Java 1.3 or higher has to be installed.

"lib/lw.jar", "lib/lwext.jar" JAR files should be used to start your application. The paths to the packages should be included in your "classpath".

You are free in choosing the development environment. Pay attention to the fact that, as a rule, the LwVCL components cannot be included in visual composition tools since these tools are supposed to be used for SWT Widget successors only.
